EXPLANATION TO GOOGLE
WHY HOUSEFIT APP NEED ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AND / OR RESTRICTED USER DATA

HouseFit is a Mobile and Web application that supports engagement of users in Fitness field.
HouseFit only request to access or obtain permissions for access to those data that are critical to implementing our application or service’s functionality.
That is, those that are necessary to implement our product’s features or services. If our product does not require access to specific permissions, then HouseFit will not access nor request access to these permissions. HouseFit shall only access Sensitive and / or Restricted User Data for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Our applications and services contain a privacy policy, which comprehensively disclose how our application or service collects, uses, and shares user data. This includes the types of parties to which any user data is shared, how the data is being used, how data is stored and how HouseFit secure the data, and what happens to the data when an account is deactivated and/or deleted.
HouseFit will only request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information which are necessary to implement current features or services in our app that are promoted in Google Play listing to be used for legitimate purposes such as but not limited to knowing the user’s preference and background to be able to deliver our products and services more effectively to each user.
HouseFit will not use permissions or APIs that access sensitive information that give access to user or device data for undisclosed, unimplemented, or disallowed features or purposes. Rest assured that all personal or sensitive data accessed through permissions or APIs that access sensitive information shall never be sold nor shared for a purpose facilitating sale.
HouseFit may request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information to access data in context (via incremental requests), so that our users understand why our app is requesting the permission. HouseFit shall use the data only for purposes that the user has consented to. If the data is to be used for other purposes, HouseFit would ask users and make sure they affirmatively agree to the additional uses.
HouseFit will ensure that all user data are being handled securely. HouseFit shall take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect all applications or systems that make use of the Sensitive and / or Restricted User Data against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
