I want to delete my HouseFit account
We are really sad to see you go. Our goal has always been to serve you better. If you are experiencing any issues, we are here to help and would love to hear from you so that we can resolve your issues. We’re here to help, and we’d want the chance to fix any problems you’re having with your account by sending us email at admin@housefit.org.
If you definitely want to cancel your account, take note of the following:
- Your existing Credits or Reward points and other related benefits will be lost and will not be refunded. If you join us again in the future, your previously unused Credit or Rewards points can’t be reinstated.
- Your HouseFit account will be inaccessible, unrecoverable, and permanently closed.
If you still would like to delete your HouseFit account
If you wish to unsubscribe from HouseFit’s marketing emails, you may do so as well by sending them an email with subject: STOP PROMOTIONS at marketing@housefit.org.

In some cases, we will be unable to delete your account, such as if there is an issue with your account related to trust, safety, or fraud. When we delete your account, we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. For example, we may retain your information to resolve open insurance claims, or we may be obligated to retain your information as part of an open legal claim. When we retain such data, we do so in ways designed to prevent its use for other purposes.
Deleting your account Instructions
On the HouseFit website
- Sign in to the HouseFit website using the account you’d like to delete
- Click on the user icon in the lower right-hand corner
- Select “Your account” from the drop-down navigation menu
- Click on “Delete account”
- Enter your Password to complete the deletion of the account
- Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your account deletion
On the HouseFit app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete using the HouseFit mobile app
- Tap on “Account” in the bottom lower right-hand corner of your device’s screen
- Select “Account Information”
- Tap on the option to “Delete account”
- Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your account deletion
- Enter your Password to complete the deletion of the account
- An “Account deleted” banner will appear at the bottom of your device’s screen, confirming your account has been successfully deleted
