HOUSEFIT MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the HouseFit mobile application (the “Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms of service the following definitions apply:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named HouseFit;
- Personal Trainer refers the users that are registered in the App as Personal Trainer that offers Workout sessions;
- Client the users that avails subscription/s to users registered as Personal Trainer in the App;
- Service refers to the Application;
- Gender includes any other gender;
- Workout Specialization means any type of workout specialization that the Personal Trainer offers.
- Session means the workout session that Clients availed.
- Commission means the commission the amount we are getting for every Client’s paid subscription to Personal Trainers.
- Subscription means the subscription/s of client to Personal Trainer.
- Our, ourselves, we, refers to HouseFit owner / administrator.
- You or yours refers to you, the person accessing the App and agreeing to the terms and conditions or your use of the application and its contents.
2. App Registration
2.1 You agree to provide accurate and truthful details about yourself for the purpose of your Subscription.
3.Subscriptions
3.1 As Client, you agree and acknowledge that the services offered by PT / Personal Trainer are billed on a subscription basis.
3.2 As Personal trainer, you agree and acknowledge that the payment for each session rendered through the subscriptions of clients will be disbursed in weekly basis. You agree and acknowledge that We are entitled for a commission for every session in the application.
4. Payments
4.1 In availing our Service from the App (“the Purchase”) you agree to:
- pay and be paid through your Paypal account.
- as Client, that prices will vary depending on the set rate of the Personal trainer.
- as Personal Trainer, that rate per session that you declare during the registration in the application will be bound by minimum and maximum amount set by Us.
5. Refund
5.1 As Client, you agree and acknowledge that submission of request for refund for unused session(s) will be available in the application and will be processed through transferring back to your Paypal account the corresponding amount for the unused session(s).
6.Personal Trainer Complaint Report
6.1 As Client, you agree and acknowledge that PT Complaint report will be subjected for our evaluation before action will be taken to the reported PT. Cancellation
6.2 As Personal Trainer, you agree and acknowledge that clients, in the occasion that they find necessary, can submit complaint report to us that might ensue disability of your account.
7. Content
7.1 Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”).
8. Changes
8.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time as published in our website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
